QI inductive charging
Support for inductive charging on the CS60 eliminates the need for battery contact cleaning and maintenance.1 While you get the fastest charging times with Zebra’s inductive charging solution, you’re free to use any off-the-shelf Qi wireless charging pad to charge the CS60.
Split-second NFC tap-to-pair
Pair the CS60 with any NFC-enabled device with a quick tap. Even new workers are up and running in seconds, without needing support.
Pocketable and wearable — for when mobility is essential
The cordless CS60 is designed to fit naturally in the hand or be tucked in a pocket. Pair the CS60 with the optional lanyard and silicone protector to safely and comfortably wear the scanner all shift long.
Full shift power and beyond
The fully charged battery delivers 18 hours of power — more than enough for your longest shifts. Batteries can be easily replaced without special tools. And a dedicated battery gauge makes it easy to see at a glance when it's time to change or charge a battery.
Keep spare batteries on hand with versatile charging options
Multiple charging options make it easy to keep your scanners and spare batteries charged for around-the-clock operation. Four-slot device and four-slot battery chargers are compatible with Zebra’s ShareCradle charging system for easy backroom management. And single-slot scanner and battery chargers are ideal on any desk.
Extended 330 ft./100 m range
The CS60 is a certified BT 5.0 device. With Class 1 Bluetooth®, users can roam up to 330 ft./100 m from the host device for greater flexibility.
Eliminate Bluetooth interference with Wi-Fi friendly mode
Ensure that your cordless CS60 scanners only operate on channels that are not shared with your Wi-Fi network.
Prevent downtime with anti-loss tools
With Zebra’s Virtual Tether, both the cradle and scanner will alert users when a device is taken out of range or left out of the cradle for an extended period of time. As a result, you won’t have to worry about a customer accidentally leaving self-checkout with a cordless scanner in their cart or an associate misplacing a scanner in the backroom. And if a CS60 is lost, simply press the cradle’s paging button to locate it.
Easy to configure and manage
Easily capture label data for better inventory management
With Label Parse+, the CS60 Series can instantly capture and parse GS1 label barcode data on items, enabling easy data capture, including expiration dates and lot number/manufacturing location.
Switch workflows in an instant with AutoConfig
Zebra’s AutoConfig cradle automatically configures the CS60 for your workflow. For example, you can take a CS60 from self-checkout and use it for a manned lane, customer service, inventory or receiving without having to change settings. Since scanner settings are stored in the cradle base, simply pair the scanner to a different base to automatically configure it for a new host application and use case.
Flexible feedback modes to fit your environment
The CS60 supports a good decode LED, haptic feedback, a beep tone with adjustable tone/volume and Zebra’s Direct Decode Indicator that projects illumination on the barcode. And both haptic and audible feedback are available on the trigger touch.
Simplify the scanning experience
With Multi-Code Data Formatting (MDF), the CS60 can scan multiple barcodes with a single trigger pull and transmit only the barcodes you need, in the order your application expects. And with Zebra’s Preferred Symbol, the CS60 can capture and output only the preferred barcode, so workers no longer have to waste time physically covering nearby barcodes before scanning.
Up-to-the-minute insight into every aspect of your scanners
The logging agent’s Remote Diagnostics capabilities automate the recording of scanner asset information, health and statistics, configuration settings and barcode data—giving you the information needed for event verification, blockchain traceability, pilot site ROI generation, troubleshooting and predictive fleet-wide trend analysis.
